Seneca Valley Chorus is heading back to competition! Our spring trip will be April 26-29 to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Save the date!

Deadline to send in competition uniforms for the spring trip! Please be sure that everything is labeled with your child's first and last name!

If your student is attending the spring trip, arrival at the school is 7:00 p.m. Busses will leave campus as soon as they're packed and loaded - Reminder that students need to have everything for Friday with them in a "carryon" and NOT in their suitcase. They will not have access to their suitcase until late Friday night.

How to complete this form?
1) Download on your computer. Enable Editing. Click beside "STUDENT Name" field. Use "Tab" to move between fields and fill in ALL details. Print 3 copies. Sign each copy. Send all 3 to your director.
OR
2) Print out form (or pick up one from your director). Complete all details manually. Make 2 copies. Sign all 3 copies and send them to your director. Please ensure all 3 copies are legible and clear.

The commitment letter and your deposit must be returned by Thursday, September 21, 2023. They may be sent to school to your child’s chorus director or mail them to:

All payments must be in the form of check or money order, payable to SVCB or via Zelle transfer.
The trip price is estimated at $1005 per student.

All trip payments may be turned in to your child’s director or mailed to SVCB, P.O. Box 1597, Cranberry Township,
PA 16066. All payments should be made payable to SVCB. No Cash payments will be accepted.
Please ensure your child’s name and grade are noted on the memo line of the check!
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD GOING ON THE TRIP, PLEASE WRITE SEPARATE CHECKS FOR PAYMENTS TO ENSURE PROPER CREDIT TO THE STUDENT’S ACCOUNT.

For these 3 clearances, please keep a copy for yourself, and also send it to admin in your child's building, AND email to: svcb.clearances@gmail.com
Also required is the overnight clearance: Act 126 Mandatory Reporter training
