Throughout the year numerous fundraising activities are typically available to student to earn money towards a spring trip.
2023 - 2024 Fundraisers:
August
Merchant Cards
Sale Starts: August 21st
Sale Ends: September 1st
Delivery - October 4, 2023
SELLER INSTRUCTIONS:
Using the PRE-SALE SHEET, take as many orders as you can. Collect the money with the orders. DO NOT COLLECT SALES TAX. Price is $10 per card.
Carefully COMPLETE and RETURN:
Your SUMMARY ORDER FORM with the number of cards you have sold. (KEEP the PRESALE SHEET to keep track of to whom you sold cards and use to deliver the cards.)
Return FULL PAYMENT – NO cash – ONE check – Payable to SVCB.
Return to your Chorus Director NO LATER THAN September 1, 2023.

Shoe Drive
Drop your gently used or new shoes in the donation box located outside of the Chorus rooms in each of the buildings on campus. For each pair of shoes donated, the chorus will earn a profit that will go to the general fund. Don't forget to ask family, neighbors and friends to donate too!

Chik-Fil-A Receipts
Please turn in your Chick-Fil-A receipts (Cranberry and Wexford only). The Seneca Valley Chorus will receive discount coupons for all receipts turned in. Paper receipts can placed in the specially marked boxes in each choir room. Mobile receipts can be emailed to SVCB.Chic@gmail.com.
Aramark
Aramark offers non-profit organizations a fundraising opportunity by allowing a group from the Seneca Valley Chorus Boosters to operate certain concessions stands as a means of raising funds for their activities at Steeler and Pitt games at Heinz field. Training is required to participate in this fundraiser. After participating in 2 online training sessions, families have the opportunity to work as a group in a concession stand during the Steelers and/or Pitt football games. “Profits” earned by workers are applied to their student’s trip account. All families participating in the Aramark program must be Booster members. You MUST be 18 or older to participate.
